Charlie Miller is thrilled to join the Culture House Immersive team after 17 years at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA). At the DCPA, Charlie co-founded Off-Center in 2010 as a small theatrical test kitchen and grew it into a signature line of programming, credited with bringing immersive theatre to Colorado and helping establish Denver as a national hub for immersive art and entertainment. Through Off-Center, Charlie created and produced projects for audiences ranging in size from one to one thousand, taking place in public spaces, large arenas, traditional theatres, large warehouses, bookstores, horse stables, and everything in between. Charlie is recognized as one of the leading producers of immersive and experiential work in the US; his Off-Center productions welcomed more than 650,000 audience members and generated more than $80 million in economic impact. Most recently, Charlie has been working as Consulting Producer on the Chicago production of Theater of the Mind created by David Byrne and Mala Goankar, which opened in March 2026 following a blockbuster premiere production in Denver produced by Charlie in 2022.
Amber Montgomery-Pierre is an award‑winning multi‑disciplinary creative with a rich background as a director, producer, educator, and creative leader. She holds an M.A. from Central Saint Martins in London and has most recently served as Associate Artistic Director at Shattered Globe Theatre in Chicago, leading and collaborating on projects at Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf, Writers Theatre, Baltimore Center Stage, and American Players Theatre. She has created interdisciplinary works internationally in France, Mexico, and the UK, where she honed her skills in merging traditional theater with emerging digital and immersive experiences. Currently, AmBer serves as Creative Producer at Culture House Immersive, where she designs and researches creative briefs for high‑impact, large‑scale immersive projects, supports and bridges creative development, client relations, and project operations in collaboration with a national network of theaters and major clients across film, TV, and streaming.
Carl Faber is a multidisciplinary visual designer and production specialist with a focus on interpreting narrative and emotional journeys through the lens of lighting design. His work spans theater, opera, dance, virtual spaces, and immersive environments. As a collaborative partner and consultant, he contributes to numerous arts organizations and is widely recognized for his creative and technical expertise.
For the past fifteen years, Carl has worked closely with Mikhael Tara Garver to conceive interactive worlds and develop experiential systems to move people and tell stories, most recently in his role as Director of Operations for Culture House Immersive. In 2006, he was a Founding Member of New York's Woodshed Collective, where he was pivotal in developing innovative physical and digital experiences for over a decade. Since 2017, he has served as the Lighting Supervisor at the Portland Opera while continuing to freelance throughout the US. Recently at the American Dance Festival, he designed the live video and technology to connect audiences and performers across three continents through simultaneous performances in movement, storytelling, sound, and poetry.
In addition to his creative endeavors as a designer, he has toured extensively in various production capacities with Bon Iver, The National, and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band. He is a regular contributor to the Artistic Finance podcast, has taught design and stagecraft at Portland State University, and serves on the Western Region Board of United Scenic Artists Local USA 829.

Nicole Borrelli Hearn is Founder and Principal of NBH Arts Partners. Over her 30-year career, she has established herself as one of the most innovative thinkers and fiercest advocates in the performing arts, with a rare combination of experience in both the cultural and commercial sectors. Before launching NBH Arts, Nicole was a booking agent at ICM Partners, where she represented a list of over a hundred legendary music and comedy and branded attractions; and was a responsible agent for artists like Sasha Velour, Rosanne Cash and Keb’ Mo’. Prior to that, Nicole booked tours around the United States for leading artists in classical music, jazz, dance, and theater at Opus 3 Artists where she also managed the careers of a roster of trailblazing artists in theater, music and attractions. Earlier, she was a booking manager at International Production Associates, and the Producer of Developing Works at the American Music Theater Festival. Nicole served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) for nine years, the last three as Vice Chair. She is also an emeritus member of the Board of the SITI Company, where she served for over ten years, three of them as Chair and was a founding member of Comedy Sportz Philadelphia.
Briana Moten is a singer, actress, and music educator who has been performing professionally for over a decade. Her vocal prowess has been experienced by audiences around the world indifferent international performances under the direction of Stephen Schwartz, John Tartaglia,and Peta Roby.Briana dove headfirst into the world of immersive entertainment with Walt Disney World’s StarWars Galactic Starcruiser where she worked closely with the creative team in the character development, musical direction, and subsequent world premier of Gaya, the intergalacticsuperstar. With an artistic focus on innovation, accessibility, and collaboration, Briana has foundsuccess in immersive theater, believing it to be the form of entertainment which will change the way audiences experience art and stories.
Geoffrey Jackson Scott is widely recognized for his deep commitment to nurturing artists in the creation of boundary-breaking new work and his innovative approach to audience development. He is Creative Director and Co-Founder of Peoplmovr, a creative studio known for shaping artist-led, socially engaged, people-centered projects across media and platforms. He has held senior leadership roles including Director of Public Engagement at the Museum of the Moving Image, Director of New Play Development and Dramaturgy at Victory Gardens Theater, and Literary Associate at New York Theatre Workshop, where he spent eight seasons advancing new work initiatives and leading the emerging artist development program. He currently serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees of the Artist Communities Alliance.
Geoffrey Jackson Scott’s work spans theater, opera, museums, immersive experiences, social practice art, and community-led programs—always with a commitment to transforming who is at the table and who is in the house. His current slate includes television development with Hawk Pictures and immersive location-based entertainment in collaboration with Culture House Immersive, where he is Head of Immersive Development. Selected recent projects include: Marathon Reading of The Autobiography of Malcolm X, as Told to Alex Haley (Metropolitan Opera), NationX (Intelligent Mischief/13EXP), The Mile-Long Opera with the High Line, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, and THE OFFICE performing arts + film—a project that reflects Geoffrey’s approach to creative development and public engagement through cross-sector collaboration.
He consults for the Pew Center for Arts & Heritage and regularly speaks on equity-centered public engagement, project development, and communications and marketing.
