Geoffrey Jackson Scott is widely recognized for his innovative approach to the development of new audiences as well as his deep commitment to nurturing artists in the creation of boundary-breaking new work.
Jackson Scott is Creative Director/Co-Founder of Peoplmovr, a creative practice that partners with artists and organizations to bring people together through art, dialogue, and action. With an extensive background in artist, project, and audience development, he’s held positions as the Director of Public Engagement at the Museum of the Moving Image and as the Director of New Play Development and Dramaturgy at Victory Gardens Theater. He spent eight seasons in the role of Literary Associate at New York Theatre Workshop, supporting new work initiatives and leading an emerging artist development program. He currently serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees of the Artist Communities Alliance.
A visionary collaborator and creator whose diverse portfolio spans theater, opera, museums, immersive experiences, social practice art, and community-led programs, Jackson Scott is driven by the desire to transform who is at the table and who is in the house. Recent projects include: Marathon Reading of The Autobiography of Malcolm X, as Told to Alex Haley (Metropolitan Opera), NationX (Intelligent Mischief/13EXP), The Mile-Long Opera (Diller Scofidio + Renfro/The High Line), and Made You Look: a Hip-Hop Film Series (Museum of the Moving Image/Hip Hop Education Center). Jackson Scott consults for the Pew Center for Arts and Heritage and routinely speaks on equity-centered public engagement, project development, and communications and marketing.
Nicole Borrelli Hern

Nicole Borrelli Hearn is Founder and Principal of NBH Arts Partners. Over her 30-year career, she has established herself as one of the most innovative thinkers and fiercest advocates in the performing arts, with a rare combination of experience in both the cultural and commercial sectors. Before launching NBH Arts, Nicole was a booking agent at ICM Partners, where she represented a list of over a hundred legendary music and comedy and branded attractions; and was a responsible agent for artists like Sasha Velour, Rosanne Cash and Keb’ Mo’. Prior to that, Nicole booked tours around the United States for leading artists in classical music, jazz, dance, and theater at Opus 3 Artists where she also managed the careers of a roster of trailblazing artists like eighth blackbird, Ethel String Quartet, Daniel Bernard Roumain, Mike Daisey, Patti LuPone. Earlier, she was a booking manager at International Production Associates, where she worked with avant garde icons like Phillip Glass, Twyla Tharp, and Spalding Gray; and the Producer of Developing Works at the American Music Theater Festival. Nicole served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) from 2009 to 2017, the last 3 years as Vice Chair. She is also an emeritus member of the Board of the SITI Company, where she served for over ten years, three of them as Chair.

Kierna Conner was a part of the original creative development team for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, and played an integral leadership role in the show’s maintenance as an immersive trainer and stunt captain. Kierna has directed, coached and performed internationally across Europe, China, and throughout the U.S. Her work has been featured in No Proscenium, the NY Times, Polygon and more. Past clients include Buzzfeed, Walmart, Adobe, Virgin, Yayapa Children’s Theatre, and Marvel.

Briana Moten is a singer, actress, and music educator who has been performing professionally for over a decade. Her vocal prowess has been experienced by audiences around the world in different international performances under the direction of Stephen Schwartz, John Tartaglia, and Peta Roby.
Briana dove headfirst into the world of immersive entertainment with Walt Disney World’s Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser where she worked closely with the creative team in the character development, musical direction, and subsequent world premier of Gaya, the intergalactic superstar. With an artistic focus on innovation, accessibility, and collaboration, Briana has found success in immersive theater, believing it to be the form of entertainment which will change the way audiences experience art and stories.
Briana is also a small business owner. During the COVID-19 lockdown, with live performances put on pause, she harnessed her passion for baking and decorating and created Pinch of Salt- a small Central Florida bakery specializing in cookies and custom luxury cakes. Over the last four years the specialty dessert company has gained attention as one of Orlando’s most innovative boutique bakeries, sweetening the days of celebrity clients like Halle Bailey, Audra McDonald, and Neil Patrick Harris.
